Hotel Maritime has a rich history that takes us back to Copenhagen's bustling waterfront days. Located near Nyhavn, our building once served as a haven for sailors returning from the sea. After long months away, sailors would come here to rest, reconnect, and enjoy the comforts of land life, making this building a lively and essential part of Copenhagen’s maritime community.
Our reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to midnight. If you plan to arrive after midnight, we’ve made the late check-in process simple and convenient for you:
1. You will receive your room number and a code for the key box located at the front door.
2. Use the code to access the key box, which will contain your room key.
If you require a late check-in, please contact the reception in advance so we can provide you with all the necessary details.

Room Refresh Service
Should you wish your room to be refreshed during your stay, we are happy to provide a gentle housekeeping service upon request for free.
Simply hang the “Sustainable Cleaning” sign on your door handle before 12.00 PM, and we will take care of the rest,
including bed making, fresh towels, and a light refresh of your room.

For bookings made directly through our website or direct contact with us via the reception, e-mail or hotel phone, cancellations made up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival are fully refundable.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will apply. For group bookings of multiple rooms made through our website or direct contact, cancellations are refundable if made at least two weeks prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations made within the two-week period will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost. This policy ensures flexibility for our guests while helping us maintain the best experience for all visitors.
